AUTO_REPREPARE CAN CAUSE SEGV IN SQ_REPREPARE OR GETRETTYPEINFO OF PREPARED INSERT CURSOR

The following failure was reported after upgrading a 12.10.FC7
server running on Linux x86_64 to
12.10.FC12W1.
Any database alter in conjunction with an update statistics on a
table that has an insert cursor
that is subsequently opened could fail with a stack like below:
On Linux, because of optimizer function inlining, you will
likely see a stack comparable to:
