ASSERT FAILURE IN READAHEAD THREAD ON SECONDARY SERVER FOLLOWINGTRUNCATE TABLE OPERATION

| Problem description: |
An assert failure may occur on a read-only secondary server for
a readahead thread when the partition for which pages are being
fetched into the buffer pool has recently been truncated.
Extract from a sample AF:
