QUERY RUN IN SPL IS MUCH SLOWER COMPARED TO QUERY RUN IN DBACCESS

A specific query run from a stored procedure takes much longer
than the same query being run from dbaccess.
The stored procedure takes 11.29 secs vs .05 sec when run from
dbaccess.
The stored procedure chooses to use a sequential scan while
dbaccess uses an index for the same query |
