LOCKING TEMPORARY TABLE CAUSES HDR PRIMARY TO CRASH

| Problem description: |
Customer upgraded to 12.10.xC5 and also started seeing the
crash.
Steps to duplicate the issue. I was not able to duplicate the
issue on aix64 but I can on linux64. Customer is on windows.
setup an HDR pair and a logged stores7. Then do
begin work;
create temp table temp_tab1(c1 int);
lock table temp_tab1 in exclusive mode;
