ONTAPE RESTORE WILL FAIL IF BEING DONE USING A FILE OR VIA STDIO, IF NOT DONE BY THE INFORMIX USER

| Problem description: |
If not done as user informix, performing a restore using a file
as TAPEDEV or using STDIO will fail with this error message:
Physical restore failed - Error opening file .
errno=13
However, ontape -r will not fail if TAPEDEV is set to the
directory.
Starting the restore as user informix will work in all cases. |
