MI_TRIGGER_GET_NEXT_ROW DOES NOT CATER FOR MERGE WHICH MAY RESULT IN INSERT AND UPDATES.

| Problem description: |
When using mi_get_next_row within a C UDR which is called as a
result of an INSERT or UPDATE or DELETE all behaviour is as
expected.
However, when using a MERGE statement which results in both
UPDATEs and INSERTs mi_trigger_get_next_row may incorrectly
re-use the previous action's "new row" structure. |
