SQL ADMINISTRATION API FUNCTIONS - TASK WITH ONSTAT COMMAND'S -ROPTION FAILS

| Problem description: |
The SQL Administration API Functions - Task with onstat
command's -r option, because the command will not return.
It runs continuously in the server and locks the table
sysadmin:command_history.
The session with the command cannot be terminated with onmode
-z. The only possibility is to restart the instance.
Task execution with -r option: Here server keeps on generating
output (text) but is not returned.
