ONSTAT -K HUGELY EXPENSIVE WITH PARTITION_NAMES ENABLED

onstat -k can take a large amount of time and consume lots of
cpu, even with relatively few locks printed, on a system with
many spaces and partitions. |

12.10.xC14/14.10.xC4: disable PARTITION_NAMES (onconfig
parameter) feature if onstat -k is taking too long. |
