Informix - Problem description

ONSMSYNC -E EXPORTING A CLOUD BACKUP PRODUCES EXPORT.BOM FILE UNUSABLE FOR
IMPORT

Problem description:
When performing PSM export (onsmsync -E) of a backup created on
cloud storage, e.g. Amazon S3, the subsequent import (onsmsync
-I) would fail with messages like these in the bar_act.log:

 Importing PSM object
rootdbs:/psm/export/path/prefix/dbservername/rootdbs/0
 XBSA Error: (BSACreateObject) That object already exists.

PSM export/import hinges on a file export.bom created by the
export, under the 'prefix' directory, which would tell the
import what objects to import.
Looking at that bom (bill of materials) file under such failure
conditions would show most dbspace objects with multiple
identical lines instead of only once, plus maybe some truncated
lines.

weeding out all duplicate and incomplete lines.
