.NET CORE: ROLLBACK OF TRANSACTIONS DOES NOT OCCUR WITH CONNECTION POOLING ENABLED

| Problem description: |
When using a connection from the connection pool in a C#
program, rollbacks called on a transaction are not occurring as
they should. When disabling pooling by adding "Pooling=false" to
the connection string, all records are rolled back as expected. |
