DB2 - Problem description

IF GPFS IS STARTED WHEN RMC IS NOT AVAILABLE, IMPROPER MESSAGE FROM
GPFSREADY MAY BE LOGGED IN SYSLOG

Problem description:
If starting GPFS while the RMC daemon is unavailable, the 
following message may be logged to the syslog: 
 
Jul 11 12:17:03 <host> /var/mmfs/etc/gpfsready[3932286]: 
Unable to runact -c IBM.PeerDomain VerifyStrongQuorumState! 
 
This syslog message is misleading and can be safely ignored. A 
more meaningful message would be to state that the gpfsready 
script failed to run due to the RMC daemon being currently 
unavailable.
