SUPPRESS SOME DIAGNOSTIC MESSAGES IN ASYNCLINKCONNECT WHEN LOGICAL MEMBER
IS STOPPED INTENTIONALLY

Problem description:
While a member is stopped intentionally in a pureScale cluster 
with logical members, 
the db2diag.log is getting filled up quickly with messages 
similar to the ones shown 
below.
