The OCI API function OCIAttrGet sets its third parameter to 
point an incorrect value when passed values OCI_ATTR_DATA_TYPE

Solution


Problem was first fixed in DB2 Cancun Release 10.5.0.4 (also 
known as Fix Pack 4) 
At a minimum, this fix should be applied on the client.
