DB2 - Problem description

Problem IC99088 Status: Closed

THE COLUMN ATTRIBUTE OCI_ATTR_PRECISION WHEN USING AN EXPLICIT DESCRIBE
WILL SET THE PRECISION TO SB2 PLACEHOLDER.

Problem description:
When using Oracle compatibility features column attribute 
OCI_ATTR_PRECISION return using an explicit describe should set 
the precision to ub1 for a placeholder. Currently the datatype 
of precision in the dictionary doesn't match.
