Problem description:
A 
SELECT {+ORDERED} ..... FROM vti, tab 
fails with 
  768: Internal error in routine opjoin: unknown restriction by 
directives. 
 
SELECT {+ORDERED} ..... FROM tab, vti 
is running fine.
