SQL STATEMENT COMPILE RESULTS IN SQLCODE -901 REASON "REQUEST STMT
SAVEPT: STMT_SVPT_PTR NOT NULL"

Problem description:
Under rare circumstances, a SQL query compilation may fail with 
SQLCODE -901: 
 
SQL0901N  The SQL statement or command failed because of a 
database system error. (Reason "request stmt savept: 
stmt_svpt_ptr not null".) 
 
This can happen if a deadlock (SQL0911), out-of-memory error 
(SQL0101) or similar unexpected error occurs during query 
compilation.
