DB2 - Problem description

DB2DIAG -STRICT DISPLAYS INCORRECT OUTPUT: NO FUNCTION VALUE DISPLAYED,
EDUNAME IS ISSUED ONLY PARTIALLY

Problem description:
When running db2diag with "-strict" option, the wrong output is 
generated: 
- FUNCTION field value is not displayed, 
- EDUNAME field value is shortened, 
- both EDUNAME and EDUID are duplicated.
