| Problem description: |
When we set package cache size to a value larger than 524288
pages, the package cache will be cleaned too aggressively, with
almost no entries retained.
When checking the output from db2pd -dynamic, we will see
results similar to the following. We will see a large "Total
Heap Size", but small "Current Memory Used" and only a small
"Number of Statements" in the cache.

Current Memory Used 947264
Total Heap Size 2383872000
Cache Overflow Flag 0
Number of References 149
Number of Statement Inserts 149
Number of Statement Deletes 121
Number of Variation Inserts 149
Number of Statements 28
