DB2 - Problem description

BLU LOAD TEMPORARY FILES ARE NOT CLEANED UP PROPERLY WHEN LOAD FAILS.

Problem description:
If the load command to BLU tables fails due to running out of 
disk space the load temporary files are not cleaned up properly.

Local Fix:
The LOAD temporary files can be cleaned up manually.
