Problem reproduces running IDS 12.10.UC4W1 on linux x86_64.
The front end cdr client will hang with following stack:
$ rasu pstack 4524
#0 in __kernel_vsyscall ()
#1 in __nanosleep_nocancel () from /lib/libc.so.6
#2 in sleep () from /lib/libc.so.6
#3 in checkReplset ()
#4 in cdr_check ()
#5 in check_replset ()
#6 in main ()
and the backend session seems to be waiting for the client as
its thread is in cond wait netnorm.
