Right after installed V10.5 FP4 on Windows, an Error at

Symptom: 
1) Initial installation calls db2extsec and writes this message 
2) Run db2extsec with wrong/no parameter, writes this message 
 
Note: 
- db2extsec does not handle error case(s) properly, such as 
wrong/no parameter. 
- This problem does not affect any server functionality but a 
cosmetic problem. 
- All Windows platform V10.1 and V10.5 are affected. 
- If specify correct parameter(s), run fine without any error.

Problem was first fixed in DB2 UDB Version 10.5 FixPack 7.
