CANNOT ADD CPU VPS IN WORKGROUP EDITION IF VPCLASS PARAMETER IS MISSING IN ONCONFIG |

| Problem description: |
If VPCLASS parameter missing in onconfig, cpu vps cannot be
added with onmode -p.
Example:
$ onstat -g glo|grep cpu
class vps usercpu syscpu total
cpu 1 1.40 0.01 1.41
vp pid class usercpu syscpu total

$ onmode -p +1 cpu
