CLI APPLICATION FAILS DURING SQLEXECUTE() WITH ERROR CLI0108E |

| Problem description: |
If you have an application that uses a lot of global variables (
>64K), your application may fail with the following error :
"[IBM][CLI Driver] CLI0108E  Communication link failure.
SQLSTATE=40003"
The issue can occur if connecting to DB2 for zOS and
SQL_ATTR_DETECT_READ_ONLY_TXN or detectReadonlyTxn  is enabled,
OR
enableWLB or enableACR is set to true.
Client may see binary dumps in db2dump directory. |
