AUTOCONFIGURE DOES NOT RETURN SOME PARAMETERS TO DESIRED SETTINGS |

The AUTOCONFIGURE misses recommending the following changes when
a parameter has been manually altered :
APPLHEAPSZ - recommendation should be AUTOMATIC with a default
underlying value
DBHEAP - recommendation should be AUTOMATIC with the default
underlying value
STAT_HEAP_SZ - The recommendation should be AUTOMATIC with a
default underlying value |
