DB2 - Problem description

Problem IT10767 Status: Closed

DB2 KEEPS TRYING TO REACH THE DEMOTED DOMAIN CONTROLLER AND THE CONNECTION
MAY FAIL WITH SQL1060N, SQL0551N or SQL1092N errors.

Problem description:
DB2 keeps a list of domain name and its corresponding domain 
controller name in cache in order to minimize network lookup 
activities. 
DB2 fails to refresh that cache when a domain controller gets 
demoted and keeps trying to reach the demoted domain controller 
and the connection may fail with SQL1060N, SQL0551N or SQL1092N 
error.
