DB2 MIGHT ABEND WHEN A QUERY CONTAINS A VERY LARGE NUMBER OF
LITERALS/PARAMETER MARKERS/HOST VARIABLES

Problem description:
It has been found that under rare scenarios, DB2 might abend if 
the following conditions are true: 
1. The query contains a very large number of unique literals, 
parameter markers, host vars, special registers 
(> 65K) 
2. The literals can be part of IN LIST, case expressions, 
predicates etc.
