-208 ERROR IN RIS FILE FOR TRANSACTIONS > 65535 ROWS REPLICATINGTO SPL DUE TO CDR DATA SYNC THREAD EXHAUSTING SQL STATEMENT IDS

| Problem description: |
When using the replicate to spl routine, when a transaction has
more than max smallint rows (so 65535), the cdr data sync thread
exhausts all possible statement ids, and then rejects further
rows (or the whole transaction at that point) with -208 errors
reported in the RIS file.
