AUS: AUS_CMD_ERR_SQL/AUS_CMD_ERR_ISAM IN AUS_COMMAND ARE NOT FILLED PROPERLY

| Problem description: |
When an UPDATE STATISTICS command run by AUS is failing the
command is flagged as E in aus_command but it has not run.
aus_cmd_err_sql/aus_cmd_err_isam are not filled.
online.log may show:
