| Problem description: |
A connection attempt may experience long wait (several minutes)
due to a problem in DB2 licensing module. This is Windows
specific problem and can happen if an user is part of many
Windows groups (100+).
A db2 trace of the problem shows delay in NetlsRequestLicense()
function:
