CRASH IN DB2 CLIENT LIBRARY COMMUNICATIONS ERROR PROCESSING. |

| Problem description: |
When connections to both primary and alternate client reroute
servers for an application involved in a two-phase commit
operation fail, the DB2 library clean-up and error processing
may attempt to address an already freed resource resulting in a
crash. The stack trace observed will be like the following:
