MIMIC STAT GENERATED BY DB2LOOK -M OPTION IS INCORRECT

Problem description:
The SQL statement(UPDATE SYSSTAT.INDEXES) generated by db2look 
with -m option  is not correct. 
SQL1227N  The catalog statistic "-1.000000" for column 
"DATAPARTITION_CLUSTERFACTOR" is out of range for its target 
column.
