DB2 - Problem description

Problem IC62009 Status: Closed

IF FILESYSTEM RUNS OUT OF SPACE DURING INDEX REWRITE THE TEXT INDEX
BECOMES CORRUPT.

Problem description:
During text index rewrite operation if the filesystem 
runs out of space , the text index becomes corrupt.  NSE does 
not check to see if filesystem has enough space to complete 
index rewrite operation.
Problem Summary:
Text Indexes get corrupted when index update runs out of disk 
space.
Local Fix:
Put text index files in thier own filesystem and monitor 
freespace.
