DB2 - Problem description

SQL10007N RC 5 ERROR WHEN CONNECTING TO A TURKEY TERRITORY DB AFTER OS
LOCALE IS CHANGED TO TR_TR

Problem description:
Connecting to a database created with Turkey territory results 
in error SQL10007N Message "-1390" RC 5 when we change the OS 
locale to tr_TR from en_US 
 
Steps to recreate 
------------------------ 
db2start 
db2 create db <dbname> using codeset utf-8 territory tr 
db2stop 
db2 terminate 
export LANG=tr_TR 
db2start 
db2 connect to db1254 
SQL10007N Message "-1390" could not be retrieved.  Reason code: 
"5".

Local Fix:
Workaround is to use a non-turkish locale, such as en_US
available fix packs:
