THE LIST HISTORY COMMAND OUTPUT WOULD HAVE CORRUPTED/GARBAGE V |

| Problem description: |
The List History command output would have corrupted/garbage
values in the case when the database code page is 954 (EUC) and
client code page is 932 . When converting the output string
from the server code page to Client codepage the data is
overflown, results in the garbage output. |
