GSKIT PRODUCT VERSION IN WINDOWS REGISTRY IS SHOWING UP AS V9.7 INSTEAD OF V8 AFTER INSTALLING DB2 V9.7 GA ON WINDOWS |

| Problem description: |
When installing DB2 v9.7 GA on Windows (32-bit or 64-bit), the
Windows registry key for the GSKIT version is incorrect. The
registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\IBM\GSK8\CurrentVersion\Version is
set to "9.7.0.441", which is the DB2 version, not the GSKIT
version. |
