SQL16104N WHEN USING FN:MATCHES WITH [^W]

Problem description:
A query fails with SQL16104N when it uses the  fn:matches 
function with a regular expression containing the complement 
character "^" with a multicharacter escape such as "\w". 
 
For example, the following query fails with SQL16104N. 
 
xquery fn:matches('Hello World',"[^\w]world");
Problem Summary:
