| Problem description: |
When concurrent execution of create or drop of SQL stored
procedures are happening, they may run into a deadlock
situation on the system catalogs and fail with SQL0911N RC=2.

The contention again is again on the system catalogs. The follo
wing scenarios will be addressed by the apar when two applicatio
ns are trying to execute the following for a SQL Stored Procedur
e (SP) with the same or different SP names.
