Problem description:
The DISTRIBUTE BY REPLICATION clause, available only for 
materialized query tables (MQTs), is not emitted by db2look when 
generating DDL statements.

Local Fix:
Manually modify db2look generated DDL statements for MQTs which 
should have the DISTRIBUTE BY REPLICATION clause specified.
