DB2 - Problem description

ADDING A TABLEADAPTER TO A DATASET WITH THE VISUAL STUDIO .NET A DDINS
MIGHT FAIL.

Problem description:
When using the Visual Studio .NET add-ins, you may receive the 
following error when trying to add a TableAdapter to a DataSet:

Error occurred while getting objects from the database.  An 
unexpected error has occurred. Error Message:  Exception has 
been thrown by the target of an invocation. 
. 
This problem would only happen for DB2 for z/OS servers.
Problem Summary:

Problem Description:  When adding a TableAdapter to a DataSet,

 z/OS server:
