DB2 - Problem description

Problem IC63693 Status: Closed

DS DRIVER IS NOT ABLE TO FIND A VALID DSN ENTRY IN DB2DSDRIVER.C FG IF THE
APPLICATION PASSED VALUE CONTAINS DOUBLE QUOTES.

Problem description:
If a CLI application passes DSN value which has double quotes, 
then CLI won't be able to find a matching entry in 
db2dsdriver.cfg
