TO MOVE ALL STMM CONFIG WARNINGS OUT OF DB2DIAG.LOG IN DB2 V9.7,LEAVING THEM IN STMM LOGS |

| Problem description: |
This apar will be to move all stmm config warnings out of
db2diag.log in DB2 v9.7, leaving them in stmm logs
Following warning messages will be reported in the db2diag.log.
