DB2 - Problem description

ALTER TABLE FAILS WITH SQL30082N RC=26 WHEN THE DEFINER OF THE VIEW ON
TABLE DOES NOT EXIST

Problem description:
Alter table fails with SQL30082N rc=26 when the definer of the 
view on table does not exist and DB2_ALTERNATE_GROUP_LOOKUP=GETG 
RSET is set.
