SEGMENTATION FAULT IN SQLEUAPPLICATIONINIT

Problem description:
Call to sqlfusys API caused sqgmentaion fault in 
sqleuApplicationInit on the client. The client trap can happen 
only if application is mixing connection and instance 
attachment.
