DB2 - Problem description

SOME UTF8 TEXT DOCUMENT CANNOT BE INDEXED AS PART OF INSO TEXT INDEX

DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 950 - DB2
Problem description:
creates a text index for a BLOB column containing MS Office,PDF, 
and simple text documents. Some of the simple text documents 
cannot be indexed although they are encoded in UTF-8. 
 
User may get following error on db2ts UPDATE INDEX command 
 
SQL0462W  Routine "SYSTS_*" (specific name "SYSTS_*") has 
returned a 
warning SQLSTATE, with diagnostic text "CIE00208W DB2 Text 
Search Index update 
completed with "1" document errors. See event view 
"SYSIBMTS"."TSEVENT_420810" and 
db2diag.log for details. ". SQLSTATE=01H14
