DB2 MAY TRAP WITH SIGNAL 11 WHILE REBINDING A PACKAGE

Problem description:
DB2 may trap with signal 11 while rebinding SQL package. This 
only impacts packages with "WHERE CURRENT OF <cursor>" 
statements.
