DB2 - Problem description

ERROR SQL1428N IS RETURNED WHEN QUIESCE COMMAND IS RUN AGAINST
A REMOTE INSTANCE.

Problem description:
When user attempts to run QUIESCE command on a catalogged 
instance/node, the following error message is returned and 
instance/node is not quiesced: 
 
SQL1428N  The application is already attached to "NODE_NAME" 
while the command 
issued requires an attachment to "NODE_NAME" for successful 
execution. 
SQLSTATE=00000 
 
With this APAR fix, QUIESCE command on a catalogged 
instance/node will succeed.
Problem Summary:
ERROR SQL1428N IS RETURNED WHEN QUIESCE COMMAND IS 
RUN AGAINST A REMOTE INSTANCE.
Local Fix:
Run the QUIESCE command on the local server where db2 instance 
resides.
