Problem description:
DB2 abends with signal 11 when "transfer ownership of table 
hierarchy" statement is run on a regular table.

1. Ensure that the table is a hierarchy table 
 
or 
 
2. Run "TRANSFER OWNERSHIP OF TABLE <tabname>" instead if the 
target is a regular table.
