ADDING SYSTEM TIME TO DB2PD OUTPUTS |

| Problem description: |
In version 8 db2pd outputs show relative time (from the moment
of the instance restart) and absolute system time. Versions 9.*
are missing the absolute system time that make it difficult to
correate with other diagnostic information.
This APAR is to add absolute / system time to db2pd outputs. |
