DB2 - Problem description

Problem IC65544 Status: Closed

DLL MODULES CAN NOT BE LOADED DUE TO MISSING VC LIBRARIES IN NATIONAL
LANGUAGE DIRECTORY OF DATA SERVER DRIVER PACKAGE

Problem description:
The dll modules in non en_US directory is not loaded because 
 
Loadlibrary function fails in 14001 error when there is no 
manifest file. 
The db2clir.dll in IBM DATA SERVER DRIVER/msg/ja_JP can not be 
loaded because Microsoft.VC80.CRT and Microsoft.VC80.MFC 
directories, are not found, which includes the manifest file. 
 
As a result, -7778 error occurs at a table link operation using 
file DSN from MS Access.
