DB2TS Update index returns SQL20427N error on Windows

Problem description:
Environment : 
1. DB2 Version : DB2 9.7 Enterprise Edition 
   2. OS : Windows 2003 32bits 
   3. Symptoms : SQL20427N is returned during 'update index for 
text' 
 
Problem Discription: 
 
DB2 Text Search sends documents for processing and indexing to 
the TextServer component. The TextServer is a Java process which 
is currently started with a restrictive flag on Windows 
platforms. This can cause the following error: 
 
SQL20427N An error occurred during a text search administration 
procedure or command. 
The error message is 'CIE00341 Index update Error' 
SQLSTATE=38H14.

Local Fix:
Remove the flag "-Xjit:disableVMThreadGRA" from the Java call 
(line 69) in file startup.bat. The file can typically be found 
in 
C:\Program Files\IBM\SQLLIB\db2tss\bin.
